Date of birth10th March 1983CareerBefore moving to the Isle of Man I worked in hospitality in London and Dubai. My experiences there have influenced all of the businesses we have launched locally. Out of work interestsIt rarely feels like work. Downtime is spent cooking, eating, drinking and travelling for more of the same.Notable work and/or life achievementsRock Food Concepts has been on quite the journey since we opened the doors to 14North in 2010.Our cocktail bar bath&bottle followed in 2012, and we opened Little Fish Cafe in 2014. More recently we expanded into Port Erin, opening Little Fish at the Bay.Our focus has always been anchored around using fresh local ingredients and providing high service levels.I like to think that we’ve enhanced the Island with our hospitality offering and along the way we’ve picked up a few awards; IOM Newspapers Company of the Year 2017, IOM Newspapers Business Person of the Year 2017 – runner-up, IOD IOM SME Director of the Year 2016 Why you wanted to be involved with 30 under 30It’s important that we recognise and celebrate the talent our island has to offer.
