Island residents wanting a postal vote for this year’s General Election need to have their forms submitted to today.

This year any residents who wants a postal vote, whether they are busy on Election Day or simply want to avoid crowded spaces due to Covid, can have one.

To apply for a postal vote, you need to click here and print off the form for your constituency and return it to the returning officer by end of business today.

Make sure you complete all sections of the application form and supply your date of birth and signature. Your date of birth and signature are needed on this application form, and again when you use your postal vote. This information is needed to prevent fraud.

Your postal voting ballot paper should be completed and returned to your Returning Officer so that it is received before 5pm on Wednesday September 22.
