After a disappointing end to 2021, FC Isle of Man will be looking to bounce back tomorrow when second placed New Mills come to the Bernabowl.

In a rare treat, we’re not live on Saturday nights under the lights, but we are going live at 12.30pm on a Monday afternoon.

This is of course the rearranged game that was scheduled for November 27 when Mills said they were unable to send over a team due to the island’s border vaccine regs, so requested a postponement. There is still some things going on around this and New Mills last commented on it in December.

Despite a lot of huffing and puffing against Sandbach United, it was the Ravens who had their wings clipped back on December 18 as they lost their undefeated home record, going down 5-2.

However, with a new year, comes new optimism and the Ravens are one of the few teams to take points off New Mills this season.

New Mills

Second in the table and the league’s second highest goalscorer, behind only The Ravens funnily enough, the visitors have won three and drawn three in their last six, including a 1-0 win over Abbey Hulton United in the back end of December.

The Ravens

Our moles haven’t been much good this week regarding injuries etc so I assume, any lingering suspensions aside, that Chris Bass will have a pretty good squad to pick from.

As ever, you can follow the game with key updates on our social pages or you can get yourself down the Bernabowl to cheer on the lads, tickets available here.
