Two former bosses at Ronaldsway have set up a new company in the UK offering management consultancy to the transport industry.
Former director of ports Ann Reynolds and deputy airport director Jeremy Spake are named as directors of Transform Moc Consultancy Limited, based in London, with Mr Spake listed as its only shareholder.
Mr Spake, who is returning to our screens on BBC1 at 8.30pm tonight, resigned from the airport in March citing bullying and harassment. Mrs Reynolds announced she was leaving her role as director of ports last year, having served the island’s air and sea ports for over 15 years.
The company’s website says: ‘We are a brand new consultancy, specialising in providing expert affordable change and interim management solutions to the Transport Industry.
‘Our experts are on hand to help you to innovate, develop and enhance your businesses performance.
‘We pride ouselves (misspelt on the website) on really knowing our customers and always provide tailor-made solutions that recognise your vision and values and harmonise seamlessly with your operation.’
The company offers ‘tailor made’ solutions including:
- Short, Mid & Long Term Interim Management
- Change Design & Implementation Programmes
- Business & Commercial Assistance
- Customer Experience Programmes
- Employee Engagement & Cultural Programmes
- and much more…
