Join the 12th Man

FC Isle of Man’s newest board member and leader of the 12th Man, Andy Birchall is inviting all Ravens’ fans to a relaunch of the club’s supporters’ group.

Young or old, from Ronague or Ramsey, the group is open to all Ravens’ fans.

To celebrate the relaunch, Andy has organised a get together on February 4 at the Pinewood Club in Pulrose, where you an often find many a Ravens’ fan before home games.

As Paul Jones’ men are playing away at Kendal Town that day, the event kicks off at 12pm with a quick intro, a few hellos and then Andy will be laying out what plans the Supporters Group has for the rest of the season and beyond.

They have previously organised travel to away games and welcome the visiting fans to the Pinewood before each game.

With the assistance of Manx footballing legend Paul Henry, after Andy sets out the plans, there will be a live stream of the game from Kendal, kicking off at 1pm, with food served after the game, followed by a pub quiz. During the afternoon, there will be a raffle and some footy cards, with, hopefully, some club mercy on offer too.

Andy and the rest of the 12th Man have put in a tremendous amount of work to support the side ever since they got going and they will make anyone more than welcome.

There is also a Facebook event set up for the relaunch, just to give a guidance on numbers, it would be appreciated by the guys if you could just drop a going and give it a share.
