Something’s Cooking for Former Takeaways

Porters Kitchen Ltd has taken over the former Chinese and Polish takeaways on the corner of Broadway and Victoria Road.

While little info has been revealed by the two planning applications to make alterations to the outside of the buildings, they have offered a glimpse to their outside.

Already approved is a new wooden facade for the whole building, with plans submitted this week for new illuminated signs to replace existing ones.

The plans have been submitted by company director Gustav Modin who said that they will continue to offer takeaway food but didn’t give much of a hint as to what type of food Porters will be cooking up.
