Loganair appears to be having technical issues this morning, leading to delays to its flights in and out of Ronaldsway.

Other flights seem unaffected by the issue, with easyJet’s Liverpool and Manchester flights departing as planned.

However, Loganair’s 6.50am London City flight has been cancelled, the 7am Liverpool flight is showing as delayed and the 9.40am flight to Manchester is delayed until 11.35am. The issue is also affecting flights to the island.

The Birmingham flight also been cancelled.

Last night also saw issues for Loganair as a flight left Ronaldsway and got as far as the entrance to the River Mersey before turning back, with the flight and its return from Liverpool then being cancelled, leaving passengers stranded.

Ronaldsway posted to say: ‘Loganair passengers, please be informed about airport disruptions caused by technical issues. Find timely updates and flight details at https://www.airport.im/

We have contacted the Scottish airline for comment.
