Recognising Gef’s 30 Under 30 judges panel

Looking back at this year’s #Gef30Under30, we want to give special recognition to our panel of local judges for providing expert insight across their range of sectors.

Jade Zorab, Managing Director of Amber Gaming, is responsible for the strategic development, growth, and performance of the business. Her experience includes advising clients on the complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory landscape, including corporate structuring, licensing applications, and relocation assignments.

Phoebe Harwood is the interim Head of Marketing, PR & Communications at the Isle of Man Department for Enterprise. Phoebe has experience of marketing across both public and private sectors, and specialises in public relations and communications.

Nigel Simpson is the Head of Integrated Benefits International at Zurich. For the last 16 years he has focused on growing the corporate group life and long-term savings business, including launching Zurich’s market-leading International Pension Plan. Nigel heads up international business from Zurich on the Isle of Man, where he oversees our group savings, group risk, and domestic pensions functions.

Roxy Langstaff, Marketing Manager at UCM, is a highly experienced Chartered Marketer who has worked on both agency side and in industry, across a variety of sectors. Roxy has a breadth of experience within Marketing and Communications including PR, Advertising, Digital, Social and Events.

Jamie Lewis is the founder of Kiki’s Lounge, Moonlight Club, Extra Fancy and Courtesy. Jamie’s hospitality career is as varied as it is long, having spent 17 years perfecting his craft. From cocktail bars and nightclubs, to hotels and fine dining restaurants, he has led teams globally for renowned operators including McDonald’s and Walt Disney World.

Martyn Cain is the Arts Development Officer at the Isle of Man Arts Council, and is passionate about the power of design for change. Over the past 20 years, Martyn’s design career has been diverse, having worked in the CSP, Gaming and Superyacht industries in branding, UX, service design, marketing and creative strategy.
