Boston Multi Family Office named one of the UK’s best places to work

Big news for one of the island’s own: Boston Multi Family Office has landed a spot on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 list.

And it’s not the only recognition they’ve scooped lately. Boston’s also backing the next wave of Manx talent as the Trailblazers Category Partner for Gef 30 Under 30 2025. Safe to say they’re pretty committed to spotting (and supporting) people doing big things.

Back to the day job: the Douglas-based fiduciary and wealth management firm – yep, the one on Hill Street – made the grade in the medium organisation category, which basically means they’re smashing it when it comes to keeping their people happy, engaged and actually wanting to show up on a Monday.

The list isn’t just handed out for fun. It’s based on proper data from a WorkL survey cooked up by behavioural scientists, analysts, business bigwigs, and a few boffins all working out what makes a genuinely decent place to work.

Boston’s CEO Katherine Ellis said: ‘We’re absolutely delighted that Boston has been recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.

She also made it clear that Boston’s all about putting people first: ‘We want our staff to enjoy their time at work. Our values push us to keep improving, embrace change, and enjoy the ride together.’
