The corner shop at 1 Market Place West listed for sale with Chrystals.

Described as a ‘unique opportunity’, the business, sells various items such as old fashioned jarred sweets, soft scoop and whippy ice cream, tobacco, gifts and souvenirs, is for sale for £30,000.

Chrystals said: ‘The business has great potential, high levels of passing trade and has a regular stream of coach parties during the tourist season. The sale includes all equipment and stock.’

The lease is up for renewal in 2030 and the current rent is £10,000 per annum.
