New Restaurant Docking in Ramsey
Due to berth in the town’s Parliament Street, Rum Baba’s is bringing a touch of pirate to Ramsey
Something new is sailing into Ramsey next week and we’re already really excited to see it.
Rum Baba’s is the brainchild of Sam Kelly and Jess Clague and will be soon offering a surf and turf menu complete with tapas.
Due to berth in the town’s Parliament Street, Rum Baba’s is bringing a touch of pirate to Ramsey with a menu chock full of rums and cocktails.
Sam, a chef by trade, said she’s been planning and opening restaurants for other people in recent years, but the chance to open their own place was something the duo jumped at.
She said: ‘We love our rum so we thought about it and the pirate theme just came to us.’
While Rum Baba’s is yet to open, we’ve already been peaking at the menu and with a lunch menu offering a rang of small dishes, sandwiches and a main menu serving up steaks, sea food and awesome sides, we can’t wait to try it.
