Restaurant’s Closing Down Sale

Portofino, which announced its closure last month, is holding an assets sale, with kitchen equipment, appliances and furniture all available to buy.

Items can be sold separately or in bulk and the owners are also going to have a viewing day at the restaurant on a Saturday over the next few weeks.

The Mediterranean and Italian cuisine restaurant announced its closure in December, with owner Mario Ciappelli saying it was a victim of ‘economic and operational difficulties that have plagued many establishments in recent times’.
