Fire Station Day a Big Hit
There was stalls, a coffee morning and a cake competition
Kirk Michael Fire Station open day has raised nearly £2,000 for charity.
As well as engines and the station being open, there was stalls, a coffee morning and a cake competition.
The Fire Service said: ‘Thanks to the efforts of the team together with the local community we have managed to raise a staggering £1975.77 for charity!
‘Thank you to everyone who came down to say hello and a special thanks to Station Officer Brew and his team of firefighters and volunteers who made the day a success!’
