Over 1,000 Men Got a Listening Ear Last Year

Mental health isn’t always easy to talk about, but Ed’s Man Club is making it a bit less scary, and a lot more life-saving.

The peer-to-peer support group, run by mental health charity Ed Space, has offered a free, judgement-free space for men to chat honestly about anything on their minds, anxiety, family pressures, addiction, or just life being… well, life.

Dan, one of the founders, said: ‘Last year alone, we’ve had over 1,000 guys come through the door getting help for issues that they’re going through. They can be any problems whatsoever… literally anything you can think of, we’ve seen, and we’re here to help you out.’

After Douglas and Ramsey, the club has now launched in Castletown, with Peel next on the list.
