Sound Bath to Support Earthquake Victims

This weekend sees a special South Bath in aid of the Syria-Turkey Earthquake Appeal.
If, like me, you didn’t know what a Sound Bath is, it’s a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves.
Organised by Amy Howse, founder of Soundology, the fundraiser is on at the S P A C E – Yoga & Wellness Studio in Douglas from 5pm to 6pm on Sunday evening.
