Zip Lining for Charity
The total has been split between three charities
Jan Hindley has raised over £1,150 by flying through the air at speeds of up to 100mph.
The total of £1,150 has been split between three charities, with £230 being donated to Cruse Bereavement Support Isle of Man.
The 77-year-old took a ride on the Velocity zipline in North Wales, soaring to speeds of up to 100mph over the 1.5KM.
Jan said: ‘Cruse was there when I needed them, so when my son bought me this exciting challenge as a birthday present, I threw caution to the wind and ziplined in Wales. I am delighted to have raised funds for Cruse, the Stroke Foundation Isle of Man and Stroke Research. I would like to thank everyone that donated to three very well deserving causes.’
Jan was thanked for her donation by Joanna Cash from Cruse.
