Jaks Joins the £1.75 Friday Frenzy!

Published

It’s official, folks – this Friday (March 14), Jaks Bar & Smokehouse is turning the Isle of Man into the land of pints and pastries with a deal so good, your wallet will be doing the happy dance.

Thanks to Okell’s Inns celebrating 175 years of brewing with a cheeky £1.75 pint of Okell’s Bitter, IPA, MPA, or even their brand-new limited-edition Smoked Porter, Jaks has decided to join in the fun.

They’re offering you a pint and a tasty A&J Butchers sausage roll for just £1.75!

Yep, you read that right. A pint of your favourite Okell’s brew and a sausage roll to nibble on for less than two quid? It’s like they’re practically giving it away.

In a cheeky response to our previous article, where we joked that Okell’s pints are set to be cheaper than an A&J sausage roll, Jaks has stepped up, fired back, and got even better.

‘A pint and a sausage roll for £1.75? It’s cheaper than a newspaper!’ Oh, how we love a friendly pub-press rivalry!

But don’t worry, Gef the Mongoose is still free (just don’t let the Media Isle of Man bosses know we’re offering premium content at no charge, alright?)

So, if any other pubs, bars, or hospitality hotspots want to get in on this ‘cheap round day’ action, let’s keep those prices coming down!

We could make Friday the most affordable day out in history.

Fingers crossed for some sunshine, because it’s definitely going to be a day for being merry on the cheap!
