Last Chance to Vote for Douglas Customer Service Champion 2026
If you’ve been meaning to vote but keep thinking ‘I’ll do it later’, this is your gentle nudge from Gef, time is running out.
Voting for Douglas’s Customer Service Champion 2026 closes at 9am tomorrow (Wednesday, February 4), meaning tonight is your last full chance to have your say.
Organised by Douglas City Centre Management (DCCM), the competition celebrates the people who go the extra mile for customers, and this year there are eight finalists in the running.
The voting process couldn’t be simpler.
To cast your vote, all you need to do is like the photo of the person you want to win on DCCM’s social media page HERE.
Comments are also welcome, for anyone keen to share why their favourite deserves the crown.
There’s more than bragging rights up for grabs.
The person who comes first will take home £200 to spend with a Douglas city centre business of their choice, appear on the billboard.im screen at Pulrose Bridge, and receive the Customer Service Champion trophy.
Second place will receive £100, while third place will pick up £50, both to be spent with Douglas city centre businesses chosen by the winners.
With the countdown now firmly on, DCCM is urging people not to miss the deadline.
So whether it’s the barista who knows your order before you say a word, the shop assistant who saved the day, or the friendly face that makes your week a bit brighter, now’s the time to vote.
Because once the clock hits 9am tomorrow… that’s it
