Raised Decking Plan for Bar

The owners of Barbary Coast have submitted plans to add raised decking with glazed screening for an external seating area.

Submitted plans show the decking and screening would be on the North Quay side of the building, where it already has some outdoor seating.

The decking would also provide ramped access to the building while the glazing is designed to ‘provide privacy for dining as well as a wind break for the external dining area’.

The visual designs attached to the plans show there would be seating for about 50.
