Expressions of interest are sought for people interested in a short-term lease for the Cosy Nook on Shore Road, Port Erin.
Port Erin Commissioners say a seasonal lease (April 1 to September 30) or an annual lease of up to three years would be considered.
To register your interest, please write to the undersigned, or email expressions@porterin.gov.im outlining any proposals for the use of the property.
Any business may require planning permissions and the local authority is reminding people that it is a registered building.
The commissioners had previously sought to replace the building with a more modern one, but that was ended when plans were refused and the building was placed on the registered buildings list.
