Bail was set at £2,500.
Marshall was jailed for six years earlier this year.

Dr Rosalind Ranson only obtained all the relevant document after submitting a subject access request.
In dismissing the appeal, he stated that the hearings, due to begin on Tuesday, should go ahead as planned.
