The Sound Cafe – The Sound (obvs)

That view is like something off a sci-fi movie, no? The pics might not be great if Manannan’s got his cloak on but still, this is a great little spot for a day out down south.

Tea evolution – Douglas

When talking instagramable hotspots, this one take the biscuit (or tapioca pearls) because Tea Evolution has… a flower wall. Yes, the perfect aesthetic backdrop for any beverage shot. It’s the latest edition to Dougy high street and people are love’n it! Queues out the door since 12pm apparently, but it goes down quick.

What a privilege to be invited to @closeleecefarm today ♥️ Think you'll all agree that their new farm shop and cafe is simply stunning. Wonderful to see so many local businesses and producers collaborating to showcase Manx food and drink 🇮🇲 The beauty of the venue is that if you enjoy the food from the menu – and why wouldn't you, it's prepared by the current IOM Chef of the Year – you can buy some from the shop to take home. Farm to fork at its best! 🚜 . . Opens 27th February 9am to 5pm, 6 days a week (closed Mondays). Reservations on 307200. . . Congratulations team Close Leece! 5 reasons to add prawns into your diet🧐🍤… – 1) Great source of high quality protein (100g holds 25g of protein) 2) Low in calories (100g of prawns 115 calories – chicken is x2 as much and beef x3 as much) 3) High in healthy cholesterol 4) Great source of vitamins B6, B12 and Niacin (great for energy, building muscle and replenishing red blood cells). 5) High in selenium and Zinc (great for immune system) ✅❤️ – I added some prawns to the Pad Thai from @cycle360isleofman (pictured), and it was bloody gorgeous!! 😍🙌🏼 – Interested in some nutrition or training support? Get in touch! I’d love to help. 💕💪🏼 – Al. X

The coffee art, the freshly baked goods and their location on North Quay makes Noa’s a weekend classic (and week day classic, in fact they’re an all-rounder). Interested in the success story of Noas? You can read all about it here.

Hey Coffee Lovers….. we've got some good news, no great news! As of tomorrow we are opening for take away coffee and cake, every day 9am to 1pm at Noa Market Hall, North Quay! If you're popping to the shops, drive by the quay and grab a coffee to go, on your way! If you're working from home, take a slightly longer detour for your coffee for the ultimate recharge! If you're homeschooling, f……flip you deserve it! If you're working in town, you know the nightmare of road works, one way streets, lack of access to great coffee, come and get a coffee from the people who love coffee! We'd love to see you. If you're retired, or person of leisure, come and cheer us up! It's beginning to feel a bit like normal (disclaimer; new normal) Bakehouse team #coffeelover #coffee #takeaway #takeawaythepain #caffeine #lover #manx #local #independant #cofferoaster #isleofman @noabakehouseiom
