Further Appeal After Fight in Douglas
This follows an earlier request for a taxi driver, who witnessed the fight, to come forward.
The Police are appealing for witnesses in relation to a fight that has occurred between two men and a woman at the junction of Ridgeway Street and Lord Street.
This follows an earlier request for a taxi driver, who witnessed the fight, to come forward.
The Police said: ‘All three persons sustained non serious injuries but required hospital treatment. Whilst enquiries are still ongoing, initial information is that there were a number of vehicles, including a taxi, having stopped at the scene at the time and therefore we are asking for any of these persons to come forward to Police to help with establishing what has occurred.
‘It is also believed there were members of the public passing and may have also witnessed what has happened. If anyone has any information or any footage held on their mobile phones or dash cams within their vehicles, please can they make contact with Police.
‘We would like to reassure the public this was an isolated incident but are keen to establish what has occurred.’
