Slow Down for Sheep On Tholt-Y-Will

If you’re heading on Tholt-y-Will today, keep your eyes peeled, the police say there’s an unusually large number of sheep on the road, and they’re not exactly observing road discipline.

While the woolly locals normally have access to the area, officers say this morning’s flock is a lot bigger than usual, so drivers are being asked to slow down and proceed with caution.

Elsewhere, some other roads around the island have shut this morning as a result of the rainfall.

Garey Road in Lezayre and West Baldwin Road are both currently closed.
