Two Small Dogs Found Running Loose in Andreas

Police are appealing for information after two small dogs were found running loose on a busy road in Andreas earlier today.

Officers say the dogs, one described as a brown terrier-type and the other a white bichon frise-type, were seen running in and out of traffic on Andreas Road before being guided to safety into a front garden in Crellins Grove.

For their own safety, the dogs have since been taken into police custody after an officer was diverted from another task to assist.

Police are now trying to locate the dogs’ owner and are urging anyone with information to get in touch.

A spokesperson said: ‘If you believe these dogs may be yours, please contact us as soon as possible on 812234. The owner must make contact with police.’
