Beach Buddies Head North
Beach and River Buddies head north this week, for a cleanup event at Poyll Dooey.
The meeting point is at White Bridge, Ramsey at 10.30am on Sunday morning.
Founder Bill Dale said: ‘The aim is to have a clean-up all around the river banks and the Poyll Doohey itself, so we are encouraging new volunteers from the recently formed “River Buddies” to join with us too. The session ends no later than 12 noon.’
As ever, all equipment will be provided and new volunteers are particularly welcome.
