Beach Buddies Head South

Bill Dale and the Beach Buddies (seriously why isn’t this a folk band yet?) are heading to one of the island’s most beautiful spots this week as they head to Langness.

The charity, created by Bill, meets most weekends to clean up the island’s coastal areas and has even headed inland for some very popular community cleanups.

On Sunday, the meeting place is Langness car park (the big one by the lighthouse) with a start time of 10.30am and finishing for 12pm.

Bill said: ‘Everyone welcome. If you are bringing your dog please also bring a lead as there are livestock in parts of this area – and lots of seabirds.’
