The trophy and certificates awarded in Norway at the Energy Globe World awards will be on show for Beach Buddies volunteers at Niarbyl when it hold its weekend beach cleaning session on Sunday morning.

It’s been an amazing few weeks for Beach Buddies and the charity is planning a major celebration at some point soon, but will still be carrying on with its weekly sessions and events for schools and companies long into the future.
Hot drinks and snacks for everyone afterwards in the beautiful Knockuskey cottage on the beach.
