No Emergency Doctor Tonight
Manx Care said this is due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’.
The MEDS (Manx Emergency Doctor Service) will close at midnight tonight and tomorrow night.

MEDS will open as planned between 6pm and midnight tonight and tomorrow.
Between midnight and 8am, anyone who needs medical attention should either attend the ED at Noble’s Hospital or – in the event of an emergency – dial 999 for an ambulance.
Manx Care said: ‘Medical help and advice will be available to anyone who needs it during this time. Anyone who calls the MEDS phone number between midnight and 8am will be diverted to the Noble’s Hospital Switchboard. If your query can wait until the next morning, please seek advice/medical attention from your GP, one of the Community Pharmacies, MIU in Ramsey, the MECS service for minor eye conditions at Specsavers, or the Community Dental Service for individuals without a dentist.’
