30 under 30 Isle of Man, sponsored by Newfield, is an opportunity to celebrate 30 members of the Manx community under the age of 30 who are surpassing the norms in all fields, disciplines and industries.

The traditional ways of doing things are growing old, and young people are rewriting the rules.With 31% of the Island’s community being under the age of 30, it is time to put these visionaries, disruptors and achievers on display.30 under 30 Isle of Man is an opportunity to formally achieve this. Let’s shout about the Manx community under 30, as they are the future leaders who will drive our Island forward.

Who are the judges?

The judging panel consists of 10 local people, under the age of 40, who have all individually made a success of themselves on the Isle of Man. The judging panel will represent all aspects of island life, with each judge specialising in a chosen field to provide a fair and unbiased perspective.

What peeps are you looking for?

In short, anyone and everyone under the age of 30 achieving amazing things! *Those nominated must be 29 or under before the 31st December 2018.

How will you choose between nominees?

Our panel of judges will decide who makes the final short list of 30 individuals, based on the information we receive and further research undertaken by the Gef team.To help split the nominations up, we’ve created a list of categories that your nominee may fall into, and they can fall into more than one if they’re that amazing!
