Dress to impress and *slay* the competition
Hop Tu Naa is fast approaching, and we’re all trying to think of ANYTHING to dress up as before *two* potential weekends of spooktacular moot-carving parties and listening to Thriller on repeat.
Will it be it another year of pulling the Manx cat ears from the back of the wardrobe? Will you put on your best suit and say you’re a disgruntled health minister? Or maybe you’ll take it up a notch with a bloody Beetlejuice, a sassy Sabrina Carpenter, or a certain teen from ‘Agatha All Along’? Slay.
No matter the final choice, Gef wants to see it all!
Introducing Gef’s Hop Tu Slay: our hunt for the fiercest fancy dress this Hop Tu Naa. We’re asking the island’s community of all ages to send us photos of how they’ve dressed up and slayed the competition.
Our winner will have the glory of being named Gef’s Hop Tu Slay 2024 winner, with their look shared on our social channels (yes queen!). But if that wasn’t enough, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Isle of Man Transport and our winner will receive 2 free tickets (for one adult and one child) on The Polar Express train experience on Sunday 8th December at midday!
To submit your entry, complete our form below with your info and a picture of you in this year’s costume by Sunday 3rd November. Our highly-qualified judging panel (the very opinionated team at Gef) will pick our winner based on your costume’s creativity, uniqueness, nerve, and talent, or just how much it makes us smile.
