Police Launch Witness Appeal

Police are looking to speak to anyone who was in the area of Market Street, Douglas at about 9.40pm on Friday night.

The appeal comes after an incident involving four people, in the area of Chester Street Carpark, the result of which left one man with serious injuries.

A statement said: ‘If you were in the area and you saw or heard anything around this time, however trivial you may think it is, please call CID at Douglas Police Headquarters on 631301 quoting 97/10006/22. Your assistance in this matter is very much appreciated.’
