MHK Launches Bus Survey
The survey has 15 questions and looks at a range of issues.
Douglas South MHK Claire Christian is asking her constituents for their views on bus services.
Mrs Christian has regularly highlighted concerns over the service provided to her constituents stretching back to the last administration.
The 15 question survey asks whether constituents use the buses, how often, how often the buses are delayed and if they feel safe while onboard.
She said: ‘As part of my commitment to keep up to date with one of the main “on the door step concerns” during the election campaign, would you be able to complete a quick Douglas South bus network customer satisfaction survey I have put together.
‘This will help me to collate your opinions of our bus service and how we can hope to improve it. It is my understanding that a full bus network review will be conducted by the DOI, however I would like to do my own research so I am up to date with Douglas South constituent’s need.’
