A motion of no confidence in Onchan Commissioners’ lead member for finance David Quirk has failed to pass.
Three members, mover Anthony Allen, Derek Crellin and Chair Kathryn Williams voted for the motion, with vice chair Zara Lewin, Fenella Logan, Robin Turton and David Quirk voting against.
