Resignations After Maladministration Report

Two members of the board of Patrick Comissioners have resigned and the chairman has stepped down following a report by the Tynwald Commissioner for Administration.

Today is has been confirmed that Richard Jones said he would resign and Dr John Snelling has handed in his resignation.
Mr Jones has quit saying he would not continue to serve alongside the, as yet unnamed, Commissioner X from Ms Main Thompson’s report.
Now former chairman Geoffrey Gelling has also stepped down from his role.
This leaves the board with three members, meaning it does remain quorate.
