Doyle Appointed Director of Soccer
The Alabama based side is a familiar set up for the Manxman.
Manxman Liam Doyle has been announced as the new director of football at Huntsville City Football Club.
He will join MD Chad Emerson in the front office for Huntsville City FC’s inaugural season.
The Alabama based side is the reserve team for Nashville FC, which Doyle played for during the during the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
Doyle said: ‘I’m thrilled to be rejoining the Nashville SC organization and its MLS NEXT Pro affiliate team in Huntsville. Having a familiarity with the organization is something in which I take pride and hope will help this team’s success, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have the ability to continue learning from this group in the next step of my soccer career.’
He retired earlier this year, having played over 170 games in the American leagues.
