Manxman Nathan Harrison has sustained ‘minor injuries’ in a crash at the North West 200.
The Briggs Equipment Superstock race was cut short on Thursday evening when the Honda racer crashed near Dhu Varren.
Last night his team tweeted: ‘At this stage we have no further information other than he has suffered minor injuries and is on his way to Coleraine Hospital.’
Nathan has also shared the update on his Facebook page, with fans flocking to wish him a quick recovery.
The shortened race was won by Alastair Seeley, with Davey Todd second and Michael Dunlop third.
The Briggs Equipment Superstock Race was red flagged on lap 5 due to a crash for Nathan Harrison. At this stage we have no further information other than he has suffered minor injuries and is on his way to Coleraine Hospital. John McGuinness finished the race in P7#HondaRacing
