‘It’s Not Over Yet’

Manx Missile Mark Cavendish has parked his plans for retirement and will ride for another season.

His team posted a video of Cav with a simple message: ‘It’s not over yet’.

The GOAT had said he was going to hang up his cycling shorts after this year, but when he Tour de France record bid ended abruptly following a crash, his team boss said the offer of a contract was on the table.

The news has been met with support from his fellow pros, with four time Le Tour winner Chris Froome commenting ‘Yes!’ to the news on Cav’s Instagram account.

While Cycling Sporting Life added: ‘This is the news every racing cyclist across the world wanted to hear.’
