Spurs Legends Visit School

World Cup winner Ossie Ardiles and his Spurs teammate Graham Roberts have paid a visit to Williston Primary School.
The pair were on the island for an event organised by the Sporting and Dining Club.
Organised by John Wannenburgh and headteacher Max Kelly, the visit saw the pair chatting to students about their careers and answering questions from the students.
Mr Wannenburgh said: ‘Easily the most enjoyable part of the last 24 hrs was taking two Spurs legends to Willaston School this morning. The kids loved been up close to two stars who talked about Maradona, Messi, bicycle kicks, World Cups & “floating drawers” – if you know, you know! A real pleasure.’
Max was clearly quite excited, tweeting: ‘Ossie’s going to WILLASTON His knees have gone all trembley…’
