The Steam Packet Company has been rated the worst domestic ferry service of 2024, according to Which?
In a survey, users rated their satisfaction with the service at 56%.
Meanwhile, our good old frenemy the Isle of Wight (Red Funnel Ferries) has come in second worst with their satisfaction levels rated at 65%.
Which? showed people were unhappy with the amount of cancellations, sky-rocketing prices, and poor facilities.
