In the third installment in a very loose series of horoscopes, Gef’s resident “Psychic”* Sadie peers into her crystal ball (or maybe just a wine glass) to reveal what the stars have in store for Manxies this Aquarius season…

Aquarius Season: The sign of the Water Bearer

When is the season?: January 20th- February 18th

What signs will be most affected: Aquarius, Leo, Cancer and Virgo

What should you expect: Innovative thinking, platonic bonding and Individuality

What does Aquarius Season have in store?

As January rushes towards its final stretch for 2025, the transition from Capricorn season into Aquarius season is a revolutionary one.

Ruled by Uranus, Aquarius season embodies the playful personality of the planet.

This cycle in particular may ignite some mischief for the Manxies as themes of rebellion and change are expected throughout the season.

Thinking outside the box and stepping outside of routine could be all the rebellion needed to alter the chain of events to be ever in your favor.

Air signs in particular are known for innovation and progression, always accelerating to the next level without looking back.

If places were given a star sign, the Isle of Man would definitely not be an Aquarius. It upsets me daily that we still don’t have a Primark, how many camping shops do we need?

The urge to be a lone wallaby and steer away from the pack may be a feeling that resonates with a number of people this season. The balance of being authentically yourself whilst also tuning in to the extroverted realm of ‘Yessirs’ is achievable.

So, if you happen to be feeling disconnected from friends and loved ones, this season is the prime time to connect and live through new shared experiences.

Whether this be gathering the girls for a ‘Galentines Day’ celebration on the 13th of February for a gossip or persuading the group to go for a pint of Norseman.

What would the Mooinjer Veggeys do?

Living on the gem of God’s earth has its perks, one in particular being our celestial cheer squad.

Leave the reflections of Capricorn season behind you and steer your ship toward the new experiences that await you this February.

Whatever you do though, keep the old Manx saying of ‘Traa-dy-Liooar’ – or ‘Time Enough’ – in mind.

There is always tomorrow, do not rush the ride that we call life.

And as Roman Emperor & Stoic Philosopher, Marcus Aurelius said: ‘The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts’
