Airline Warns of Fake Customer Service Sites

Loganair has warned its customers about fake customer service pages claiming to represent the company.

The Scottish airline operates direct flights from the island to Edinburgh, Birmingham, London City, London Heathrow, Liverpool and Manchester.

Loganair has said that it will will only ever contact its customers via official social channels @flyloganair.

It added: ‘Loganair will never ask customers for bank or credit/debit card details via social media. If any customer doubts that a request for information is legitimate, please get in touch with us via our Customer Help Centre – https://www.loganair.co.uk/trave…/contact-the-help-centre/

‘If you believe you have been a victim of fraud, you should report this immediately to your financial institution. Loganair is working hard to protect customers online, but like all organisations, we ask everyone to remain vigilant on social media at all times to protect themselves.’
