McDonalds has remained closed this morning as the American Embassy on Peel Road awaits supplies.

With the weather disrupting sailings, the store has not received its usual deliveries.

While customers posted on social media yesterday to say the store was closed, the cancellation of last night’s sailing did nothing to help and this morning commuters could see cones blocking the entrance.

A manager at the store said that the store, depending on when it gets a delivery, would either be open tomorrow morning for breakfast as normal or open for lunchtime.

Meanwhile, KFC is open but has a slightly reduced menu.
