Sixth Form Students at St. Ninian’s have raised money for two breast cancer charities.

Their campaign was ‘On Wednesdays we wear pink… for Breast cancer awareness’ (it’s Mean Girls, if you didn’t know, you’re missing out).

The students held a cake sale, donated to wear pink for the day and bucket collected around school to raise over £200 which will be split equally between Breast Cancer Now (Isle of Man) and the Isle of Man Breast Care local support group.

Representatives, Angie and Sharon visited the school to deliver a breast aware session to all Sixth Formers and to raise awareness of the support on the island.
