The warning comes into force from 7am and lasts until 2pm on Saturday.
The Met Office says: ‘An area of heavy rain on Saturday morning is expected to give a further 15-20mm at low-levels with 30-40mm over high ground. This will allow standing water in prone locations as well as a moderate risk of localised flooding, especially in areas that were recently affected by flooding.
‘In addition, strong to gale force south or southeast winds will allow minor coastal overtopping and slight debris on exposed coasts and promenades around the time of high tide (~1:15pm Sat). (Yellow warning category). Areas at risk include Douglas promenade (including prom parking), Laxey prom, Ramsey prom, Shore Rd Rushen and Castletown prom.’
