Laxey Fair to Return
The fair is returning after a hiatus last year
Tynwald Day weekend just got a little bit bigger, as it will now see the return of The Great Laxey Fair.
The fair is returning after a hiatus last year when organisers decided to rest it for 2023 to allow for a rethink over its arrangements.
Starting at 12pm on Saturday July 6, the Laxey Valley Gardens will be filled with stalls selling crafts and goodies, traditional games and entertainment as well as delicious snacks from local food vendors.
The pupils from Laxey School will parade at 1.00pm into the fair and provide the audience with an amazing performance of well known tunes including, of course, The Laxey Wheel.
