Ravens Win Respect Award

While the team’s fortunes have turned around in recent weeks, FC Isle of Man has also been recognised for its attitude towards opposition teams.
The club has been awarded with the Premier Division Respect Award for December- January 2023.
The Ravens were presented with the award by assistant secretary Debbie Jessop, which was received by player organiser and kitman, Craig Cowin ahead of last week’s 3-2 win against Bury AFC.
The NWCFL said: ‘Many congratulations to everyone at the club for their consistently high respect scores.’
Craig tweeted too say it was ‘an honour to receive this on behalf of the club’.
After every match in the league, each club fills out the Respect Form on the Club Admin area of the website. They mark their opponents on how they were treated, or how respectful their opponents have been. Deductions are made for the number of dissent cautions or sendings off, so even if your club is the friendliest, most respectful club in the league, player discipline could let a club down.
