The Swan Says Goodbye to Beloved Bobby

Some sad news to bring you this Tuesday.

The Swan in Ramsey has announced the passing of Bobby, its much-loved four-legged regular.

Described as ‘the most amazing pub dog’, Bobby was a familiar and comforting presence to customers and staff alike, winning hearts with his gentle nature and calm, beautiful spirit.

Whether he was standing patiently at the bar or greeting visitors with a wagging tail, Bobby brought joy to everyone who crossed his path.

The team at The Swan say he will be deeply missed and never forgotten, leaving behind countless fond memories and a big Bobby-shaped gap in the pub.

It’s not just The Swan that’ll miss Bobby either.

The Trafalgar, another Ramsey pub, said Bpbby was ‘one of our favourite customers’.

On Facebook, the Traf said: ‘Run free, special boy – there will be plenty of pork scratchings when you get there’.
