Town’s Butchers to Close

Radcliffes Butchers has announced that the store will close after 40 years of serving up top quality cuts.

Having been a feature of the town the closure of the business will leave a hole in the high street.

A post on Facebook said the business will be closing on November 25, or when current stocks run out.

MD Chris Lennon said: ‘There are a number of personal and local business factors that have led us to this very difficult decision. We would like to thank our staff for their dedication and hard work through the 40 years and of course thank you to our retail and wholesale customers. Wishing you all well for the future.’
