Officers said the vehicle was out of tax (licence expired).
Police have seized another vehicle, with the driver also allegedly failing a drug wipe test

The Roads Policing Unit added: ‘The driver’s day got even worse when they failed a drug wipe 
. They are now on the way to our B&B. A potential two year driving ban and a fine awaits the driver if they are over the legal limit.’
